Dr. Patel was kind, gentle and a pleasure to meet. I did my invaslign else where and instead of driving to NY for getting retainers, she helped with that. 5/5 stars. Thankful to Dr. Patel and the service she provided me. Aide, her receptionist as well as Rosie where all kind as well. Thank you,

My son has severe anxiety. He had a terrible fall that damaged his teeth. I would make appointments with dentists, and he would refuse to go. His teeth were so bad, he dropped out of school, and basically dropped out of enjoying his life. He would not go out with family, with his friends. He was so embarrassed. When he told me he was ready to get his teeth fixed, I researched and found Dr. Ritu Patel. Once he met her and the staff at Park Smiles in Edison, everything changed. After his consult, he said, for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful. Thank you Dr. Patel and the entire group at Park Smiles. It sounds ridiculous, but giving our son a solution, hope, and his confidence means you giving us our son back. We are so grateful.

Smooth process and very helpful, the dentist was very friendly and patient explaining everything and helping with referral! Wait time was not long at all. Definitely a good practice to go to after putting off going to get dental work for a while.

Amazing work I got done! She was very gentle, very friendly , very understanding. The people at the front desk as well super nice and understanding. I was very impressed! I will recommend my whole family in friends!!

If this wasn’t one of the few - if not only- offices that accepted my insurance, I would never have come here. I always feel that they only do 90% of the work to ensure that you always come back. My teeth always hurt despite the work they do, or it’s like a filling never stays in place. If you need a root canal- my best wishes to you because you’ll SUFFER. They also have a terrible phone system. They don’t answer their phone, it only gets serviced out. So I was left locked outside of their office for an emergency 830am appointment. Even their call center was embarrassed because they had no idea what to do. When the ASSISTANTS finally arrived there was no apology or anything. Would never recommend this place, and it’s a shame because the receptionists that do actually work are lovely people.
